| I'm not an expert but I have to think the Yankees pulled Montgomery too soon last night. Things crashed and burned quickly after that. |

| Aaron Judge hit his first Grand Slam today. That was pretty exciting. |

| Strickland, assuming he's totally full of it, and hit Harper on purpose, is ridiculous for holding a grudge like that for so long.
Harper is the same ridiculous hothead he's always been.
I hope both of them get very long suspensions. |

Am I missing something? | You know... one thing is that Strickland is missing a max of maybe six innings, while Harper is missing what amounts to half a week of starts. I still think both should have gotten more. At least a week. |

If the MLB gives them a "5 game suspension" all they are actually getting is a one game suspension.
As far as the helmet goes. There's at least some speculation that if Harper doesn't chuck it, then his suspension would've been even fewer games. |

| After watching it multiple times they should be glad Harper isn't the pitcher. Helmet didn't get anywhere NEAR Strickland. |

| I saw some arguments that he was clearly not throwing it at Strickland. I completely disagree. His eyes were on Strickland, his throw rotation went toward him, it was just a bad throw.
Report says Harper's suspension will be reduced to 3 games. It's like the people who run this sport don't actually care about the sport. |

| One theory I've heard he was going to and had a last minute moment of clarity and just chucked it away. who knows what the real story is.
Either way, Strickland would've deserved it imho. Throwing at people for perceived slights needs to stop

| Especially 3 years after the fact. But using a helmet as a weapon should be looked at pretty seriously... |
