The Giants are getting really good at losing games they should win. Just like last year.

I don't know why but I have already watched more regular season baseball this year than I have in the last five. I normally follow but don't watch much until the playoffs.
You really need to repent from your heathen ways my friend.

My Braves are improved. A little? Maybe? It's too early to tell, in my opinion.

The Padres are the rookiest team around.

Several of them courtesy of the Giants. Again, losing games they should be winning.

Nothing against the Padres, but when you have a 2 run lead in the 9th, and what was supposed to be a top of the line closer on the mound...

This is why I always think the closer is overrated. There have been too many guys that go from 40 saves to bust in the course of two seasons.

I actually like this Padres team a lot more than the last couple years. They'll probably do just as well as last year's team, but they'll be building a core in the process.

That core is really important. And I think that you are seeing some of the Giants future core finally, though the Padres missed all the fun. Christian Arroyo is awesome, and I've been very excited about what he's done since being called up.

The problem for the Giants, as it was last year, is that their bullpen sucks. I mean, so bad. Melancon will likely get his stuff together, but most of the rest of the bullpen just isn't that talented to start with.

I was without power from Monday evening to early this morning so I missed out on the last couple of days.

I did catch Mike & Mike this morning and they were very critical of Gausman being ejected last night. After watching them recap eveything that apparently led up to it I have to say that I agree it was the wrong call by the umpire.

Of course, I am a Yankees fan and don't like Boston in the first place.

Speaking of the Yankees...how about Judge?

100% percent agree with you that the Gausman ejection was a joke, And that's coming from a RedSox fan! The ump should have be able to see that was a bad curve issue a warning and keep going.

Judge has certainly been crushing some homers against the Jays this week

What do ya'll think of Machado's "slow" home run walk?

Glad I didn't try to stay up and watch all of that Yankees game last night.

Crazy.
