Advent Calendar

Do any of you use one for Christmas?

We're thinking about doing it for the first time this year.

I had a calendar as a kid where you opened it every day and got a piece of chocolate.

I'm using Waiting Here For You by Louie Giglio for personal reading during the Advent season.

I wanted the Star Wars Lego one but: 1) It was $50, 2) It sold out.

We're getting one with the chocolate behind the doors.

We had a version of it where we had a stocking and my mother put a gift for us every day before we came home from school. Good times

We ended up getting a "countdown calendar" with Luke, Han, and Chewie. It's not a full calendar though. It has two blocks with numbers to countdown the days until Christmas. I'll have to take a photo later because I can't find one online.
