Unhappy Going Flat

Does anyone have any tips on how not to go flat at the end of a phrase when singing?

if you just think of the note higher it helps a lot. a bunch of singing is totally mental!

you want to keep the sound forward, don't let the sound slip into the back of your throat. Also make sure you are breathing correctly.
