Nevada played terribly at the beginning of their game last night, and my Cinderella dreams were dashed.

But this program is looking solid, and I am excited to see where they go from here.

Seton Hall and Oklahoma State have let me down this afternoon.

I'm suffering at listening to 'pundits' that advised to run from any Big 10 teams. Therefore I went against my gut with Mich St. (what was I thinking Izzo is a master?). I suppose TV "experts" are also there to provide controversy and conversation, and I was a bit duped.

So far the Big 10 is looking pretty great. Worried about my Jayhawks going up against Mich St. Purdue, Wisconsin and Michigan already in the Sweet 16!

I am a UNC fan. I don't like Duke and I don't like Kentucky. I never pull for either of them.

However, LaVar Bell is so annoying and delusional that I have to say, "Go Wildcats."

Man, Kansas obliterated Purdue last night.

Impressive.

How 'bout Xavier?

Nice.

Probably the best Kansas has played for the last 28 minutes of the game. Finished on a 40-12 run, and that included milking the clock at the end. Hoping the hot shooting continues.

Xavier! Never had them in mind when I filled out my bracket at all. Butler, yes, but Xavier is a real surprise. Still have my 3 of my final four in play though.

IF (and that's a big if) UNC plays like they did last night, I like them to win it all. Got to get past Kentucky (and Kansas/Oregon) first. Here's hoping for a little revenge from earlier in the season.

I did pretty good with my picks in the Midwest. The only one I missed was Michigan over Oklahoma State and Louisville. My South side was not too bad. Missed Arkansas over Seton Hall, Middle Tennessee St over Minnesota, Wichita St over Dayton, and UCLA over Kentucky. The West was about the same. Missed West Virginia over Notre Dame (I had them in the Final Four so that made everything off), Xavier over FSU and Arizona. My East bracket got trashed. I missed Wisconsin over Virginia Tech and Villanova (had them in the Finals), Florida over Virginia and Wisconsin, USC over SMU, South Carolina over Duke and Baylor.

My revised Final Four are:

South Carolina
Gonzaga
Kansas
UNC

I got UNC defeating Gonzaga in the Championship game.

Yes, my glasses are tinted light blue.

South Carolina is seriously impressing me.

UNC/Kansas is going to be amazing. I'm pretty sure that's where we are headed.

I also thought UNC/Kansas was coming, but Oregon was the better team. Live by the three pointer, and when they don't fall, you lose by the three (or lack thereof). All the credit goes to Oregon though, outplayed us at every turn, and never backed off. First final four in 78 years! Congrats to the Ducks.

North Carolina is the clear frontrunner for now, but it's shaping up to be a fun final four to watch. There could be history for either Gonzaga, or Oregon, or yes...Kentucky could also win it all. Young, talented, and the coach that's been there before. As for me and my Jayhawks..."wait 'til next year!"

Did not see that coming last night. If you are not a fan of either team it was a historic game to watch. Only Oregon's second Final Four and the first was in 1939 they won it all. That was the FIRST NCAA tournament. Crazy.

I'm not confident that UNC will beat Kentucky tonight but I am hoping they will. Even if they do, I'm not confident that they will win it all.

I imagine that Lee is a happy boy right now. That game was fantastic.

I'd like to see South Carolina win it all. It seems fitting and would be a feat that would be brag worthy.

Yep, but still cautiously optimistic.

No. No it would not. UNC getting the chance to redeem the loss last year is the most fitting.
