I'm still in even though I'm sort of retiring from CGR for a bit. I enjoy how many of you have managed to become people I think about in the offline world.

PM on the way, Lee.

I've got addresses for half of us. I've put those names in blue in the original post.

Once I get the last four addresses I'll get them paired up and PM you your Secret Santa.

Someone suggested giving a brief bit of info so your Santa will have something to go on. That's a great idea. Put those posts in here as well.

I'm 46. I'm a pastor in a small rural church in Pennsylvania. I like to read/watch sci-fi and horror. I listen to a lot different styles of music but lean towards hard rock. I do play guitar and bass. I like to cook.

I am 24, going on 25...

I am a man (in case there was any doubt). Around size m. I am an engineer. I work in IT. In church I am part of the leadership and worship team (playing guitar of course). I like to travel. I live in a dorm above church where I have a room and share everything else. I love the summer, winter not so much... I like almost all genres of music. I like comedy and action movies. I am lazy. I am very systematic, making most fun activities into a chore.

I'm Dwight. I work in Information Technology and have a love for all things geeky - Star Wars, Doctor Who, Legos, and so on. I'm a reading machine, love the smell of libraries and book stores. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks in the forest with bears, and pulling complicated pranks on my coworkers.

I'm a church planter/pastor/data analyst. I have a wife, a daughter, and a dog. I like tacos, Sriracha sauce, and La Croix. I drink too much coffee. I read too many books. I have a new found fascination with vinyl records and listen to way too much music. I like odd collectables with stories. Really, I'm fairly easy to get along with and am not one to refuse a gift.

I'm Bravesfan, and I approve this message.

I am Taylor and have a wife named Alyssa, but we are going to do this as one entity.

I am a doctoral student who is currently living in the UK. I miss hot things. A lot. I love hot sauce and stuff like that. I enjoy old things, as well. Stuff with history and a bit of patina. Also, we both love coffee and anything that is related to coffee.

Since everyone else is going public:

Pastor, male, 60, find stuff amusing, ride motorcycles, love just about anything made of wood, and am still trying to learn guitar.

I'm Ryan. I'm 31, study Linguistics. Still working on the longest undergraduate degree in history. I'm Eastern Orthodox, which I guess makes me an oddball around here.

I like nerdy things - you can't go wrong with Star Trek, Firefly, Doctor Who, any books by Kim Stanley Robinson, Patrick Rothfuss, or James S. A. Corey, or various other nerdery things. I am passionate about a number of things, in no particular order: history, Church History, ancient Christian art, liturgical music, and trying to make the world less horrible. I like sushi. I am a size XL tshirt. I play D&D. I am trying to design my own campaign but not currently having much success. I am currently teaching myself Arabic through teaching English to refugees and learning Arabic from them in exchange. I speak bits and pieces of several obscure and not-so-obscure languages. I know that Georgia is not only a US state and they have some cool Church music there, some of which I can sing.

I like punk rock. I like folk music. I like Christian practice that takes ecology seriously. I like the intersection of these things (or at least some of them).
