VST Support on Behringer X32

I've noticed Waves put out some plugins that can be used live on the Behringer X32. I know any plugin can carry with it a degree of latency, so I'm hoping to find super-low-latency plugins that I can purchase to run live on the X32 for church. Mostly I want to find:

- Phase shifting (for vocals)
- Preamp emulators
- Live pitch correction (for vocals)

And, naturally, I don't want to pay Waves' prices. Help? :P

What is the answer to life the universe and everything?

I have a business!
