Hey this will be just one more thing from that great website,
www.mysheetmusic.com that you can definitely use. They have a chord book listed on their website that you can download to your computer and then print if you wish. It is in pdf format and it covers more chords than I will ever use. It is very well organized with all related chords together like the C's (major, minor, diminished, sevenths, etc. It is 15 pages in length. Each chord is shown on a keyboard with the selected notes highlighted in blue. Very easy to understand.
One thing to note is that you have to sign up with them before you access their chord book or sheet music but it's free (which is always good)and relatively easy (even better).
Ok, now; once this is done, you will be able to see the notes to play for any chord. I don't think the inversions are listed there but I'll try to clarify my earlier comments. With the C chord mentioned previously, the notes are C-E-G. The first inversion involves playing the same E-G notes and the next higher C note. Then the second inversion of the C chord will use the same G note from the original C chord and then the next higher C and E note (stretch those fingers). I believe that all inversions generally use the same "pattern" but I can't say for sure.
Hopefully, most of this is right and helpful to you. Well, time to get back to work. Later.
