Picked up a 2016 Gibson LP Studio Faded last night, in Ebony Satin, Local shop had a Gibson and Epiphone B-stock scratch and dent sale, Knocked $100 off retail for "blemish in the finish" I can't even see, lol

The first amp I plugged into at the store had a blown power tube, I plugged into the next amp and the cable was bad, I was starting to think this guitar wasn't for me!

Better review and pics when I get my gear home from church

Sounds cool. Some of the Studio Fadeds I've played sounded excellent.

I very surprised at how much better it sounds unplugged than my Korean Epiphone LP Studio Custom, Could the Maple top on Gibson make that much of a difference? Maybe it's just that "new guitar tone" lol
