Sharing some Christian music of my Choir

Hello everybody,

Just wanted to share some of my local Church Choir music activities with you all. They're all from Middle Eastern backgrounds who love singing for our Lord Jesus Christ. We do traditional music but mainly modern Praise music. This language is called "Assyrian".

Here's a song called "Come Let Us Sing For Joy" which is based on Psalm 95:

and here's our version of "Via Dolorosa":

This next one is called "Somebody build a Manger" which we did as a group project for Christmas:

Hey friend! Shlama!

There's another Assyrian person on CGR, Sabrina (username: Beanbag). She's cool, you should talk to her. Assyrian is her first language.

Also your choir is really really good. I'm Eastern Orthodox myself so I know about choral worship. Frankly I can't feel worshipful in a guitar-and-drums church anymore.
I believe, O Lord, and I confess, that You are truly the Christ, the Son of the Living God, who came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am the chief...
~ Ryan Isaac

Advancing from false doctrine to true faith,
illumined with the light of knowledge,
let us clap our hands and offer grateful praise to God in song!
With due honor let us venerate the holy icons of Christ,
of the all-pure Virgin, and of all the saints,
depicted on walls or panels or sacred vessels,
rejecting the godless teaching of the heretics!
For as Saint Basil says:
“The honor shown to the image passes to its prototype.”
By the prayers of Your pure Mother and of all the saints,
we beseech You, O Christ our God, to grant us great mercy!
that He may be bountiful and save our souls!

- Stikhera from the Sunday of the Triumph of Orthodoxy
