I listen to an occasional podcast when it is linked to me, but I've never gotten into the habit of following a particular producer of podcasts. I guess I only listen to them in a situation where it could be a youtube video instead, and end up choosing that as an alternative. I don't tend to take headphones on commutes.

I don't really like listening to podcasts, but I make an exception for Louder With Crowder. You may now all judge me.

What the heck is the attraction with that Crowder guy? He's bombastic and just plain mean (I've seen him imply that all feminists are ugly on the basis of a few out-there SJW types). Seems like, if he claims to be a Christian, he could do with reading Ephesians 4:29.

Then again, evangelicalism in general seems pretty bombastic (which is part of the reason I left it).

I listen to the livestream of Ancient Faith Radio from time to time. Particularly, Father Michael Gillis' podcast Praying in the Rain. Fr. Michael is the pastor of an Antiochian church about an hour from me.

Lo! How a rose e'er blooming from tender stem hath sprung,
Of Jesse's lineage coming, as seers of old hath sung,
It came a flower bright, amid the cold of winter,
When half-spent was the night.

Isaiah t'was foretold it, the rose I have in mind,
With Mary we behold it, the Virgin Mother kind,
To show God's love aright, she bore to us a Saviour,
When half-spent was the night.

O flower whose fragrance tender with gladness fills the air,
Dispel with glorious speldour the darkness everywhere,
True man, yet very God! From sin and death He saves us,
And lightens every load.

He's essentially a comedian who just got sick of the way everyone pussyfoots around the issues and just comes out and says it. I think it's just a combination of impatience as well as saying things in a way that will actually make people listen.

And he says consistently that he is far from a perfect Christian. It doesn't excuse his actions, but he is also aware that he isn't the best example.

I listen to The BJJ Brick podcast weekly. It's a jiu jitsu podcast. I write articles for the website and am an occasional guest on the show.

I listen to The Jiu Jitsu Podcast. Obviously another jiu jitsu podcast, but it's Texas based and since I'm south of Houston it's cool.

I listen to Rock and/or Roll which is a rock history podcast focusing mostly on the slightly obscure rather than the typical Beatles, Rolling Stones,, Ozzy, mainstream.

I listen to the Secular Buddhism podcast weekly. Buddhist philosophy minus the spiritual "become a Buddhist" angle. "Don't use Buddhist philosophy to become a Buddhist, use it to become a better whatever you already are".

I guess currently those are the ones I listen to most consistently.
