I switched (out of necessity not by choice) to bass in the band I play in and found myself getting lost at times playing bass, especially on the five string. Anyway, a sales rep at Sam Ash suggested an Ibanez SRC6. I played it and liked it, but wasn't prepared to spend $699.

I've always wanted a Fender Jaguar and so the guitar? bass? I ended up getting is the Squier Vintage Modified Bass VI.

It's tuned E to E an octave down and is really cool. I can't wait to play it through my bass amp. I'm not so sure how much I'll be using the trem bit it's nice to have on hand.

I had been in the market for a new electric, and a Jaguar, and a new bass so this kind of killed 3 birds with one stone.

Love to play for Him

Nice. The Squier VIs are really cool. Definitely on my list of basses to pick up.
We've all got ideas. We are the music makers. We make money to buy things, and write down words.

I'm a podcaster
