One man show rig of choice

So I finally had the chance to play through a Bose L1 compact in a worship service in a tiny chapel adjacent to a larger sanctuary with a service going on simultaneously to the one I was playing in. Anyway, I was playing guitar and singing and my wife was singing as well. It was a good thing I had my Yamaha MG8CX mixer with me.

So I was standing directly to the side of the Bose unit and was able to hear myself fine. My wife was 15' to my side and couldn't hear herself at all. The sound seemed clear to me but for the $999 price tag, and only two inputs, I can't say I'm entirely sold.

The Fishman unit lacks a sub of any sort so for that $999 I can't say I'm sold either, although it does have onboard effects.

I personally use my MG8CX mixer with either a single Yamaha MSR400 powered 12 or with a Kustom PA50 sitting atop a Kustom 112s sub.

Just wondering what anyone else prefers to use.

Love to play for Him
