The first five on that website, all seven of the Ecumenical Councils (up to Nicea II). I find it funny that CRTA picks and chooses which of the ecumenical councils it holds to, but I guess I shouldn't be too surprised - the "Reformed" are rather picky-choosy with the doctrines of the Fathers.

I attend a church that adheres to the LBC 1689, at least that's on the books. I am technically still a member of a PCA church which holds to the WCF, along with its larger and shorter catechisms.

I, of course, adhere to far more than those, but that's a start.

P.S. why so you take ownership of a confession? There are lots of reasons they fall into the background or are ignored (doctrine divides, no creed but Christ, trying to be inclusive, fundamentalist, being broadly evangelical, etc.)... Plus the language can be archaic and concerned with matters we don't really deal with.

Archaic language can be updated.

But I think the simplest argument for having a set confession is that when the stuff you **usually** don't deal with comes up, you have an answer. Having been part of a church that was not only non-creedal but actively a-confessional, I can tell you from experience how unfruitful/frustrating a conversation can be when someone asks, "What do we believe about 'x'?" and the only answer is, "We believe what the Bible says."

Yeah, we don't deal with Nicea most Sundays, but it's nice to have an answer when it turns out your Sunday School teachers is an Arian. (Another real-life example, this time from a study group from college.)
