Came close to injuring my shoulder today! I had done a set of flies laying prone, and then was doing some incline flies. I went a bit too far down and my arm just gave out. I couldn't let go for some reason and things got a bit twisted.

I'm fine now, but that was really scary.

Dang man. That's a scary exercise. I love the pec deck for flys, but not dumbells. It seems to be hard to get a good pump because the rom is so small. We don't have any machines at the gym I work at so I do ring dips and that seems to really finish off my chest. Got back up to the 100 pound dumbells on bench yesterday. First time since I got injured if I remember right. I bet you're sore tomorrow if it tore anything at all.
