The search for a new Worship Leader

Our worship leader of 9 years who played keys,
left with his son, the bass player.
Double whammy!

Our church has been looking for 2 months now.
We found the right one, as far as I'm concerned,
but I'm not a church leader. I am the
worship guitarist.

Letter to my pastor and music director today:
______________________________________

Hello leaders,

I hope we are getting close to finalizing
band leader.

It has been nice having variety of
different leaders join us.

But on the other hand, it would be
really nice to make the decision asap
so that we can starting gelling as a band.

It's difficult as the guitarist playing
the songs in different keys for different singers.
I know that's how the pros do it.
I always had to sing the songs in whatever
key the band always did them in.

I supported Chris A. from the start,
and I'm going to keep supporting him.
I really don't think we have to keep looking.

I've been a member of SSPC for 12 years and
in the band for 8 years. And it's been a great
joy and blessing.
I just really hope we can get on with it soon.

It's a pleasure and honor to worship with you both.

Thanks,
J
