Ground cardamom goes great with in pannakaken (Norwegian Pancakes), and just a small amount (half a teaspoon) can also be excellent when added to coffee grounds.

Sure it is. I love fresh ginger, but the stuff you buy in a jar on the spice aisle doesn't taste anything like the real thing. What's up with that?

As gross as it was, it was even more painful. I never did any more of that kid's challenges again. Then again, she refused to do my pepper challenge.
