| weight lifting. If you want BIG muscles, do less reps and more weight, but if you want more tone, than go more reps less weight.

| Okay, this might sound really weird, but here's my method. I have a whole bunch of buckets of wheat sitting around the house. So what I do is I hold them up at about shoulder height for 30 seconds at a time. I do about 3 1/2-5 total minutes every day. It really tones the muscles.

<br>You're really enthusiastic about the music that you like. You attempt to discover your new favourite
band every week. You continually try to get your friends into the music you like, which annoys them, but you don't know it. At least you're not arrogant about it.

| then do push ups( vertical push ups for triceps and normal horizontal push ups for chest and arms)
crunches for abs
up-downs for legs( put you hands behind your head, bend your knees and squat down, then jump as high as you can from this position.... you should really feel the burn after about 10-15)
for your calfs, stand flat footed and roll your feet up to where your standing on your tip toes
