Ok... I've spoken to friends and family and no one seems to be willing to give me their opinion on this matter, so I'll ask you guys.
I was given an offer of free football (soccer as N.A. call it) training. The local medical school is doing some research on the effects of 12 weeks of training (3 times per week) on people who don't normally practice sports. I was asked if I wanted to participate.
It would be a great opportunity for me to get back in shape for my summer travelling and I'm pretty sure my body could use some exercise (sitting down all day isn't very healthy). The training is completely free + they give some money for any clothing expenses (290 dollars). Another thing is that they do a bunch of tests which might be a good idea to find out how healthy I am.
The training sessions don't interfere with my studies (which is my main priority), but one of the training sessions is during church band practice. This might be a problem, though band practice here is pretty much just 2 couples and me that meet up and rehearse.
Another training session falls on our youth meetings (where we are about 5 that meet up).
Now this seems like a lot, but I would still be in other 2-3 church events every week. On one side I feel ashamed of having to cut down on my church time, but on the other I think it would be nice to do something different once in a while.
What do you think? The meeting is tomorrow and they are asking for my reply.

It's only 3 months. I would definitely consider it. Sometimes taken a break for a season to focus on mental and physical health can really be rejuvenating.
