I'm a huge 1964 fan. They're one of the lower cost in-ears, but daggum do they sound good. I have and love the triple drivers.

I just bought a pair of shure monitors for 100. They work, sound good, and stay in place. For quality, 100 bucks is about as budget minded as you're going to get.

I use Shure SE215s. They're great! Our drummer uses SE535s and swears they're better.

I know this is thread is older but MEE Pro Audio 6 for $49.99 are amazing. Great reviews, and mine sound amazing. The accessory kit alone is worth the $50: 2 cables (1 for phone with built-in mic, 1 for use as monitors), gold1/4" adapter, several rubber tips, a set of comply tips, and a carry case.
Love to play for Him

It may be a little over your budget, but Audio Technica ATH-M50s are good over-the-ear monitors for around $110 used. Or you can go ATH-M50x refurbished for a tad more, which is the same thing, just with interchangeable cables.

Here's a pair of ATH-M50x on Amazon right now for around $130 new. Must be that black friday pricing.

I hope that all is well in heaven, 'cause it's all shot to hell down here.
