And Macross is over.... it was partly a musical... now /that/ was an interesting turn, especially for the time. I remember when the "Once More With Feeling" episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer made such a big pop culture splash... but here was Macross with Lynn Minmay in 1982....

spiderman - far from home

spoiler alert: made no sense whatsoever, a total dud . I was all in, until it was revealed as all being holograms... and the holograms somehow set things on fire and knocked over a ferris wheel and splooshed water all over the place and knocked down a belltower. uh what?

I have yet to see it. I heard a lot of people say it was good, but I had my doubts.

To be honest, I'm really not keen for anything post Endgame. If they reveal it's all setting up for something of a similar scale I might get back on board, but I'm more or less retiring the MCU for now.

Similar for the Arrowverse once Crisis on Infinite Earths is done. Although I'll probably stick out Legends of Tomorrow.
