The Mist (TV series).

Not worth it. The Frank Darabont adaptation was far superior.

I am finally getting the chance to watch 11.22.63 on Hulu. The book was one of Stephen King's best.

Fell asleep in it twice. Boring and slow.

The original version of Pete's Dragon. I picked it up on DVD Sunday when we were up in Horseheads. It's cheesy and looks dated but it brings back so many memories from my childhood. I'm almost certain we saw it at a drive-in when it came out. I know we saw Herbie Goes To Monte Carlo at the drive-in and I'm thinking we saw Pete's Dragon at the same place. Both of them came out in 1977.

So. Much. Olympics.

Most recently, the US vs Swittzerland Men's curling match. My goodness, what an incredible match for the US.

Except I'm watching the replay of the Sharks game right now.

I just realized that the US is playing Great Britain right now. Huge match. Yes yes yes.

The Americans. Season 4, episode something.

I really like how from one season to the next feels like one long slow-burn instead of being episodic and relying on cliffhangers. Whoever is directing their episodes is great at getting actors to pull out strong performances that rely on subtext rather than open exposition.
