FS: Visual Sound Open Road / Trade for trem

Visual Sound Open Road in great condition. No problems with it. It has original box and both sets of Visual Sound's knobs that they've used. The shiny earlier ones and the not-shiny later ones. Shipping is included with price. PayPal.

Will also consider trade for a tremolo.

Open Road—$65

Hi Reuben, my name is Ruben too! I hope you could help me with the Visual Sound XO, recently I saw you have one on your board accompanied with the R808 and OR.

I was thinking seriously on buying a XO (because I need a dual overdrive), but can you reach the tones of the Double Trouble or R808 whit it? I had a Jekyll & Hyde in the past, and I really liked the overdrive part on it. So, here is my indecision now, get a XO or a Double Trouble. What would you recommend? If you could help me I will thank you so much.

Hey man. Guess it depends on what you want. You can cover any possible territory of the Rt 808 with the right side of the VS-XO. It's all in there. If you want Double Trouble tones, that might be harder to achieve since the VS-XO is two different drives and the DT is two of the same, so they stack a little differently.

If you're not specifically after the double-tubescreamer sound, go with the VS-XO. You'll have more variety to play with and it comes in a much smaller package.

Keep debating whether I really want to sell these or not (hence why they keep disappearing), but I've finally made up my mind and they're here till they sell.

Whenever I see this thread's title, I think it's about some sort of showdown between a couple and some pedals.

I guess I'm not enough of a visual sound fan to automatically equate "VS" to visual sound.

There's a very simple solution to this.

Obviously you need get yourself a couple Visual Sound pedals, taste the awesomeness, and get hip to the acronyms.

PS: I know where you can purchase some for a sweet price.

I thought the same thing. I though Reuben's wife was like "That's ENOUGH! No more stupid pedals!"

I feel like my mind is in an even worse place. I wonder when Victoria's Secret started selling pedals.

C'mon now. Someone out there has a trem and is thinking, "Boy, I'd really rather have an Open Road!"

No? Nobody?
