NFL 2014-15

Hey all,

It might be a little early to start this thread. (Not if you're as big of an NFL fan as I am) But Free-Agency Starts tomorrow, Draft is in May. Why not start the discussion right?

As a Vikings fan. Sad to see Jared Allen leave, but I hope the Vikes make a run at some serious help on Defense (Another DE, SS, LB, and CB are all major needs).

Who do you think will be the biggest FA signing of this off-season?

There's way too much going on right now to call this too early, I think.

Sources say that Darrelle Revis will be cut by the Bucs if they can't trade him. I don't think he's an elite level corner anymore, so I don't think he would be the biggest FA...

Speaking of Corners, my 49ers need them.

One NFL network analyst (Not Deion) ranked him as the 2nd best corner in the NFL...GAH!! You have got to be kidding me! I have no idea why they (or Revis) accepted that contract, he's got to know that if he isn't the best @ 13 million per year, that he's going to get cut.

I heard about Carlos Rogers being cut, what happened to him? I thought he was considered 'elite' after last years super bowl run.

But... you'll get shipwrecked on Revis Island.

i think demarcus ware will be one of the top (if not the top) free agent. he has never had an injury history, and last year was the only year he was really injured. i hope he does not go to a team in the nfc east. i think he will play well for the next 2-3 years and be a solid pass rusher for any team that picks him up.

Vikings could use him, but I wouldn't pay him what he wanted from the Cowboys either, North of 16 Million, no way.

He didn't take a pay cut when they wanted him to last year, and he didn't want to take a pay cut this year. They had him targeted at $4 MM per year, which I think is a fair number. I honestly think they can do better than him for the money.

Jerry Jones has officially stomped on my soul.

You couldn't figure out how to keep Ware? Really?

The 49ers have managed to do great and terrible things all in one day. Oh well.

Mr. RM, Yes, he hurts my soul as well (Cowboys are my third favorite team, after the Vikings and Jaguars). Art: I like the trade for Jonathon Martin from MIA. The 49ers have impressed me in their off-season moves, of course they are in the most competitive division in football so they have to. Vikes sign Lindval Joseph, Don't know much about him, but for the most part I trust Rick Spielmen (Just not with selecting QBs).

Ware to the Broncos.

One more reason I can pull for them.

JJ is just trying to make it easier for you to root for a new team.
