So I just got to Seattle, admiring the wonderful view of the water, wondering what I should actually do in this city. What's the one thing I should do in downtown Seattle? And... Go!

Uh, wanna meet up? lol.

Go to the darn fish market. Get a sandwich at Beechers. Eat, drink, be merry.

We're only really in town one full day. This evening we hit up some seafood on the pier. Tomorrow my bride wants to see the space needle and pikes market. Monday morning we might go to the aquarium, then we're off to the mountains for a few days, then Portland for an evening, then home.

This is exactly what I did on my one day in Seattle. Plus go to the space needle, the EMP, and a Converge/Torche show.

Psh, mountains are all you need. Which mountains?

I might be creepin' around Pike Place this afternoon a bit if I should keep my eyes out for a wayward SB Nichols. If you have a car, drive to Kerry Park at sunset, you won't be disappointed.

We got a cabin somewhere a few hours to the east. Near Leavenworth I think.

We will be at pike place late afternoon, early dinner time.

Ah my good old (and not so good) childhood memories.

I was born and raised in Tacoma Washington, grew up in Parkland, Puyallup and Spanaway.

Joined the Army in '87 came back in '91, left and have not been back since '98.

Still seems like home sweet home...

We did the underground tour when we were in Seattle last summer. Definitely one of the highlights if you have time. It's within walking distance of pike place.
