Mystery Science Theater 3000

Ok. I have been a long time fan of the show. Love it.

Recently I started watching it quite a bit after not viewing for a few years.

So, I was wondering if anyone here watches, and if so what your favorite episodes are. Right now, my all-time fav or Mitchell. Hilarious.

Usually I cannot watch a movie twice, but this one was so funny I watched it the next day again.

Also, who was your favorite host? I grew up on the Mike Nelson episodes, so when I started searching around on youtube and amazon a few years ago I eschewed anything to do with Joel. I hated him. Wouldn't even give him a chance. Then, a few months ago I decided to endure a Joel episode and loved it. I find him much more fun than Mike, honestly.

I LOVE what I've seen of the show.

Currently, my favorite episode is The Final Sacrifice. Zap Rowsdower and Mike Pipper were so hilarious to me.

MST3K is hilarious. I haven't watched a whole lot of them, but the best parts are the commentary from my friends and I about the commentary on the movies, and how they become long-standing jokes for us. My favourite is probably Eegah.

Love mst3k! I loved the gamera one when the robots did the song spoofing the title song. Love both mike and Joel. I heard after the show went dark some people started doing their own tracks to play along side other, more popular movies. Would love to hear some if those they should just make it standard as an extra DVD audio track.

Soul Taker is by far the funniest one I have ever seen.

Oh yeah, and A Case of Spring Fever was pretty hilarious

I have tried to watch full episodes of this repeatedly. But I get bored about halfway through, even when a lot of the jokes are hilarious. I found the Mitchell episode on Youtube and watched it and by far the best joke was with the black cop. I don't know what my issue is though, because I get about halfway in and turn it off and do something else.

You might really like Rifftrax shorts. They are just as funny, but only around 10-15 minutes long.

This brings me much joy. I wish I had the first two or three seasons on DVD. I had them on VHS for years but the tapes are no longer with me.

Alyssa and I just pledged a little bit on the kickstarter. I hope it gets to the 5.5 mil so it can come back for real and get picked up again by someone (honestly, I think Netflix would be perfect for it, and would let them do whatever they heck they wanted).

New update! The new mad was announced! Felicia Day! Check out the link, and go to the newest update. Video with most of the new cast. And... It is great! Day really had a Pearl-esque attitude about her.

If you love the show, think about giving a few dollars. The incentives are great! You can even get classic episodes for free, not to mention getting to see the new episodes streamed!
