| If you're looking for a good starter set up go to the closest Guitar Center, Musicians Friend or Mars Music store they should have decent starter sets from Gibson or Fender. These kits usually come with the bass, amp, strings, chords, and other essentials and/or extras, each company's kit is different. One of these set ups will cost around $300. If you don't have a major guitar store around you, go to Ebay or Musiciansfriend.com.
Getting a kit like this is good for a "first bass" to learn on, but if you get it start saving for a real bass that will actually last put out a better sound with out "hum" from the pick ups.
Welcome to the bass world, all four-stringers of the world welcome you! |
