Scientists have just proven that the first humans inbred based on DNA tests...which would make total sense since all people had to come from Adam and Eve.

Mitochondria, though part of all eukaryotic cells, actually replicate independently of the cell, and have their own DNA. It is thought that they were once a free-living organism.

Mitochondrial DNA is so so cool. It is passed down directly from the mother, and has no part coming from the father. Therefore, it rarely changes (no crossing over, etc.), and can trace heritage back as far as... time...

Ummm, that was logically establishable long ago. There would have been a "first person" no matter weather you are an evolutionist or creationist.
