| Yay, other people who like Dickens! Normally I'm in the huge minority. I think I was the only one in my sophomore english class that really enjoyed that book.

| Ahh yes, it's a great book. I think most highschool students (at least in my class) didn't like it because of attrition - the book was just too long for them to keep their interest piqued. |

| I finished Homeland not to long ago and am now finishing The Once and Future King. Salvatore is a brilliant author. I plan on reading all the books pertaining to Drizzt Do'Urden - he seems to be a fascinating character.
I bought the first Wheel of Time book a while back and plan to get into that series at some point. I would also like to read some of Dickens works, to "verse" myself in the classics, but right now I have several books that I have bought and havent read yet.
So many books, so little time...

| I'm still reading A Serrated Edge by Douglas Wilson and The Ball and the Cross by G.K. Chesterton. I have a couple of choices for my next read: should it be 1) Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy or 2) The Great Divorce by C.S. Lewis?

| Oooh man. That's a tough choice...go with C.S. Lewis, I guess. Both of them are great reads, though. |

| I absolutely love 'To Kill a Mockingbird'.
Currently reading: The Vampire Lestat by Anne Rice, Dante's Inferno, and Roswell: Pursuit (as in the TV show. I'm hopelessly addicted to it.) |

| Yeah...To Kill a Mockingbird is one of the better novels that you read in High school. How are you liking Dante's Inferno?
I'm reading Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse Five, which I love. |

| Ahh, I'll give on tkamb...It's ok, but, I didn't really care for it.
Now, I want everybody who claims to like dickens to CHECK THEIR TEMPERATURE!!
I hated him, I think it's good that SOMEONE likes him, but i never liked his stuff. Sorry.
As for salvator and Drizzt. There are lots and lots of books on him...
Salvatore just released another one about him... I haven't finshed the legacy series...It's stating to get dissapointing...I'm mad that wulfgar is gone, and glad that entreri is gone, yet, I know salvatore will do something to revive one, if not both, entreri and wulfgar...he had better bring him back, cause only wulfgar can use the mighty aegis-fang!!!
anyway, wheel of time starts out good, but gets pretty long at points. It's still a good read. Read some Feist. you'll like him...
Bless,
Brandon

He can come across as a little self-absorbed, but so do all authors, if you keep an eye out for it. Not one author can write anything on any topic without referring to a state of self-importance for at least a sentence or two. Quote: |

| Too many. He's a good character, but there is such a thing as overkill... Quote: |

| The Thousand Orcs, or something...
I'm debating on whether or not I should read the Federalist Papers, or a Stephen King book.
