Rice. My mother made me eat some and I immediately purged.
Now that I'm older, I love it. Especially Jasmine Rice.
My folks turned my on to it when they were missionaries to the Philippines.

How is it even possible to dislike rice?

Anyway, for me... mustard. Although I still hate French's. German mustard is amazing though.
Lord, have mercy

Mustard for me as a kid.

Now I'm down with mustard...yellow, brown, whatever

Onions I'm mixed. It's very contextual, but I'll do grilled/sauted onions without any issues, which is different.

I can't think of much else. I've always been pretty open about trying things.

Pasta... as a whole world of foods, I wouldn't eat them as a kid. They were slimy and didn't taste good. I was forced to 'try' them every once in a while and always found them repulsive. I don't know what changed or when, but I am now delighted by spaghetti and lasagna and all that.

I was a pretty picky kid about pretty much all food. Pea soup, potatoes, eggs, yogurt, the list goes on... I will eat just about anything these days.
