Rusty Tank

What can I do to clean up this situation?

Is there a product I can pour into the tank that will help clean it out and maybe stop the rust where it is at?

I know that at the least I van keep the tank pretty full so no condensation builds up and causes the rust, but beyond that I am at a loss.

No idea man. Rust sucks. I don't envy your problem. Maybe ask around a motorcycle forum? I'm sure there are vintage motorcycle forums to be found... the few I'm a part of are more modern sportbike-oriented.
