I can honestly say that this tour was the best Rush show I've seen them do. It has all sorts of stuff going on with videos, pyro, and a real string section.

You won't be disappointed.

What songs did he screw up?
Believe it or not, he messed up the chorus to subdivisions. Can't remember the other on right off hand.

Wow.

Was it a deliberate change of lyrics or more of a brain fart kind of thing?

I know this thread hasn't had a post in three years but this is probably worth a thread resurrection.

Did Rush's Neil Peart Just Confirm His Retirement?

A friend of mine once worked for a courier company in Toronto where Neil Peart was living, My friend said they delivered packages from every Imaginable drum and cymbol company to his house on an almost daily basis.

Afraid it's true. well deserved as his retirement is it still is lousy for us. Could not get to r40, but I have the memories of seeing them 14 times.

Bless you, boys. Relax and enjoy.

Just read that Neil has NOT retired from Rush. Just from touring. Who knows what they might do. Another album? Alex talked about feedback II. Movie score maybe?

I had a feeling that someone was taking an off-handed comment and making much more out of it than he meant. However, they did make it known before this last tour that they would be shifting into a lower gear. I don't think we will see them tour extensively anymore.
