Last kind of cheese I bought was a bag of ranch curds. Snacked on them as a small side with sandwiches.

It's a Wisconsin thing. We have everything-flavored cheese curds. Not the fried kind, either. The nuggety kind that are so fresh they squeak when you chew them.

Pepperjack and Cheddar; for the July feature footlong (bbq chicken breast) at Subway.

Always get the extra cheese. Always.

Sliced Bel Gioso mozzarella, for everything. Caprese salad. Cheese and crackers. Cheese and tomato on crackers. Cheese by itself. In my eggs. On sandwiches. On pizza. The last three also apply to hot sauce.
