Bad vocal habits...help??

Hello people! I've been working with a pro-level vocal coach for the past couple of months (we have actually only had one lesson but hes been helping me sooo much via email and with vids hes just the bomb) but ive got these bad vocal habits (i pull chest, sing in my throat (poor tone plAcement, and i totally neglect my head voice) that when im practicing the exercises and in our lesson and weekly check ups (i send him a recording) dont seem to creep up on me but when im on stage or singing a song full out they jack me up again. Does anyone have any ideas for helping me to try and use the techniques im learning on stage? Hopefully this makes since.

You need to do some face to face lessons. These are things that you'll likely only correct with somebody face to face who'll yell at you while you're singing.
