Find equation of hyperbola
Ok I am lost

I have the foci (0,±8), and asymptotes y=±4x
Center is at (0,0)

So I need to find a and b for
(Y^2)/(a^2) - (x^2)/(b^2) = 1

So now I have the following to work with:
Y=±(b/a)(x)=4x and a^2+b^2=64 and (b/a)=4
I need to find something that satisfies all 3 of those....but I'm not finding anything
