If I'm remembering right there were very few penalty yards. That to me is good officiating. I know the teams have something to do with that, but I like when the refs aren't deciding the game. Some times no officiating is better than bad officiating.
There were a couple penalties that should have been called but weren't. Specifically there were some during that last Pats drive and then there was the one really bad pass interference that wasn't called too.

That's what I meant. I didn't see any WTH calls. I didn't have the game constantly interrupted for flags. Yes, some will debate the intentional grounding, but I liked that call.
There's no real debate to the grounding call. By the rules, the right call was made. Brady didn't even argue it.
