There were a couple penalties that should have been called but weren't. Specifically there were some during that last Pats drive and then there was the one really bad pass interference that wasn't called too.

I'm in the Ax boat. There wasn't a single holding penalty called (that I can remember). It was okay.

There's no real debate to the grounding call. By the rules, the right call was made. Brady didn't even argue it.
