Not that I know of. You just either log on later to find a PM about it from your friendly neighborhood Mod, or, if it's obvious why it would be deleted, it'll just be gone . Of course, if that happens to you and you have a question (and the Mod/Smod/Admin hasn't PM'd you about it), please feel free to PM a Mod from that forum and they'll get to the bottom of it for you.
