Verizon called me (already a minus, if by some freak chance I want to talk to someone about my cell phone service, I'll go to the store where I got my phone) to ask me if they can add 200 "overage protection minutes" to my plan which I've probably never even used 50% of the minutes on.

And couldn't understand why I was skeptical about the move.
