| Favorite Bible Verses... I wanted to put it in context, but the bold part is my favorite part. I saw it on the bridge (last year?) on the U of MN Twin Cities campus, and, I guess you could say that it spoke to my heart.
Isaiah 53:4-6 New King James Version (NKJV)
Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.
All we like sheep have gone astray;
We have turned, every one, to his own way;
And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.
if you're not sure where it is, go here and look it up: http://bible.gospelcom.net/cgi-bin/b...h&version=NKJV

Yeah, you have a way of letting everyone know how you feel, usually with Bible quotes attached, and will think your way through the issues,
although sometimes you make no sense! You aren't always sure of yourself, and you can change your mind about things, something you actually consider a strength. You can take solitude, especially with some music.<br></font></td></tr>

While I do tend to be rather indecisive, and I like the way that "theologian thing" summed me up; I am reading a book ("Inerrancy and the Church" - 1984) that argues that Luther was quite consistent with his stuff (concerning the authority of scripture, anyhow). not that he never made any hyperbolic statements one way or another to prove a point... |

| Nobody wants to post.. Including me, apperently.
Romans 8:28
And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Galatians 2:19-20
19 For through the law I died to the law so that I might live for God. 20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
(I'll be using these A LOT @ camp this summer)

| A friend of mine has a book that talks about this psalm and how cool it really is. It talks about how stupid and helpless sheep are, and how appropriate a comparison they are for us.
Psalm 23
1 The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want; 2 he makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters; 3 he restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of my enemies; thou anointest my head with oil, my cup overflows. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

| Psalm 150 (NKJV)
Let All Things Praise the LORD
1 Praise the LORD!
Praise God in His sanctuary;
Praise Him in His mighty firmament!
2 Praise Him for His mighty acts;
Praise Him according to His excellent greatness!
3 Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet;
Praise Him with the lute and harp!
4 Praise Him with the timbrel and dance;
Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes!
5 Praise Him with loud cymbals;
Praise Him with clashing cymbals!
6 Let everything that has breath praise the LORD.
Praise the LORD!

| Psalm 36 (NIV)
5 Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, your faithfulness to the skies.
6 Your righteousness is like the mighty mountains, your justice like the great deep. O LORD, you preserve both man and beast.

| Psalm 33
1REJOICE IN the Lord, O you [uncompromisingly] righteous [you upright in right standing with God]; for praise is becoming and appropriate for those who are upright [in heart].
2Give thanks to the Lord with the lyre; sing praises to Him with the harp of ten strings.
3Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully [on the strings] with a loud and joyful sound |

| Fav. Verse Greetings,
I have never ventured this far south on the M/board.
Romans 8:2
" For the law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus has set
you free from the law of sin and death"
It helps me keep things in perspective.

| I like to read different stuff for different situations. Jeremiah 29:11-13 is one of my favorites, because it shows how much God cares about our future. Philippians 2 (the whole chapter) is wonderful, it always speaks to me that God is telling me to put others ahead of myself. There are others, i may post later, but thats about it right now.

Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God.
