I use a product by Planet Waves and like it quite well. I don't know the specific name off the top of my head, it's in a box somewhere and I have no idea where. It may just be called Fret Board Conditioner. It comes in a spray bottle and you just spray it on then wipe it off and it makes it shinier and a bit more slick.

I use a product called "Guitar Honey". A unique blend of conditioning oils for rosewood, ebony, & other exotic woods. It will cleanse and enhance your fingerboard's natural character, giving it a smooth silky feel and lustrous glowing sheen, while protecting against moisture, sweat, alcohol & grime in general.

You can get it on amazon for $5 or at some local guitar shops. I saw it everywhere in west coast shops but have only seen it in one shop here in CT.

Might want to specify stained/dyed ebony board. (I have a couple really cool streaked boards that I leave in natural color)

I was just thinking that myself. For instance, maple boards with tung oil finishes . . .
