Spanish Cooking Terms

Spanish is not a language that I know, but I am trying to make a recipe that is written in Spanish. My only problem is a couple units of volume? weight? something? that are written as c/c and c/s in the recipe. I'm guessing that c/c is cubic centimeter (used for salt, sugar, etc.). Would that be right? C/s is used for water and butter in the recipe, but I can't figure out what it c/s would be. Does anyone know? Thanks!

c/s is cucharada sopera or soup spoon. Equivelant to a tablespoon I believe, but I don't know much about cooking.
