brithright citizenship

I find the whole debate about birthright citizenship interesting. I don't believe congress has the authority to regulate it. I found this part very interesting as well:

so i can't be drafted or tried for treason. I think the fact that one is subject to all but 2 of the US Federal Government's laws means he is still subject to their jurisdiction.

Personally, I think the whole idea of citizenship is rather silly. I never pledged loyalty to the United States of America (well not in my adult life anyway).
