The most uplifting song you know

It seemed a reasonable counterpart.

Over the Rainbow by Israel is one of my favorite songs to listen to when I want to get into a good mood. Also, for nostalgic reason more than anything, Daylight by Mat and Kim.

A fellow Hawaiian getting some love, that's awesome!

Keith Urban songs really get me pumped, especially Sweet Thing, Kiss a Girl, and Somebody Like You

This seems like a random and odd pick, but "Sons and Daughters" by The Decemberists (from The Crane Wife) always leaves me feeling uplifted and joyful.

In a more conventional vein, "Thunder Road" by Springsteen.

Here's another uplifting song, "I'm Feeling You" by Michelle Branch and the Wreckers featuring Carlos Santana on lead guitar. Michelle looks soo sweet strumming her Gibson Hummingbird (my dream guitar btw), The Wreckers provide awesome backing, and Carlos is... well, CARLOS.

40 - U2

I guess you could argue that it should be considered a Christian song though.

Three things off the top of my head...

Don't know why, but there's a recording I have of Robert Maxwell playing the Spaghetti Rag that just does it for me. It's not up on youtube (yet ) but here's a version of the song on a player piano....
QRS Word Roll 8641 Spaghetti Rag - YouTube

Then there's Think by Curtis Mayfield.
Curtis Mayfield - Think (Instrumental) - YouTube

And last but not least, there's a band my band plays with a lot called DayClean. Every time I hear them do something it just makes me all happy and junk...
MORNING COMES - YouTube
DayClean - "Why Not Try" - YouTube
DayClean - "Talk To You" - YouTube

I know that last one seems like a major plug for a friends band, but... well... Yeah....

"Dog Days are Over" by Florence + The Machine sounds uplifting.
