Replacement Pickups for EMG 707

I have an Agile 7 string guitar with EMG 707s and I want to replace them.
But, with the odd, bulky shape of the 707s I'm having trouble finding anything other than SD Blackouts to replace them with.
I don't want to have to do any routing, so are there any other pickups out there with the same shape?

From what I'm seeing, you're pretty much stuck with the modern active humbucker shape that the 707 and the Blackouts use. Off hand I don't know of any other brands that use it, though someone probably does.

Would I be able to fit a standard-shape 7-string humbucker if I used a pickup ring?

this pup ring SHOULD fit...... assuming the pup route is 38.5 x 88.5mm

DUNCAN Short Black 7 String Humbucker Ring W/Screws | eBay

it'd worth a punt to buy the rings and try them before you start buying replacement pups
