I am a 52 year old Christian male who wants to form a band to serve and glorify God to get the gospel out through original music. I play guitar and want to get better by playing with others to get to the next level, I do not like mainstream christain rock music of today that is played on the radio except the artists Third day and Jeremy camp. The bands that I listen to and influence me that are christian is a mixture of Metal, Rock and Blues, They are Blodogood, Stryper, Watchmen, Barrem Cross, WhiteCross, Ken Tamplin, Seventh Power and Darrel Mansfield, I do listen to secular bands and the ones that influence me are: Rush, ZZ top, Elvis, Journey. Peter Frampton. Tony Carey and more. I am looking to play with a singer, bass, drums, second guitar and keyboards. I am looking for those who want to grow in the faith, study the word of god and help others. I don't want us to be a band but a family in the body of christ. But as we all have been given the gift from music from God as all we are and all we have comes from him and we will see where God will take us. I have no preference who I play with if you are male or female, We are all brothers and sisters in Christ. I live in a suburb of Cleveland.
