My Shoulder
Apparently...I have injured my shoulder. I am going to have to go see someone soon and don't have insurance. Pray that it isn't serious....it hurts terribly right now. Pray that I will have a way to pay for whatever I need.

Mom (who is a nurse) says it sounds like I have adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). She had it before and said the symptoms I'm describing are right in line with it versus something like a torn rotator cuff.

I'm taking Tylenol Arthritis formula (two @ 650 mg) every eight hours.
