The update I had made was not factually correct.
I should have checked things out closer, but my dad called me and told me the news, and he had read it on a newspage. Well, I read the link and didn't realize that it was a few days old.... sorry.

Considering these charges come out AFTER the other charge was publicized... yea, more then likely its fictitious.
