Burn your watchtower bible. They changed it to support their own false beliefs.

I keep it on the same shelf as my copy of the Qu'ran, the Book of Mormon and and a kitschy Rapture Survival Guide from the 1960s. It's nice to have just as a point of reference. I'm not reading it for devotional purposes (I have 19 other Bibles that will suffice).

Our house is fairly secluded. Until recently we had two large dogs (unfortunately one died, so we only have one now) to guard and protect our property. Most people don't walk up to our house. But the few who have dared have stopped about halfway up our driveway for fear of the dogs. We have had people nervous to get out of the car until we would call the dogs inside. Not that they are bad dogs, just doing their job.

Three times in the last two years the JW's have made it all the way to the door. I figured if they braved the dogs, the least I could do was be polite. I did let them know I wasn't interested and did not take their literature.

However...I'm curious what their secret was to getting past the dogs?

I'll take literature from any group willing to give it to me.

1- It's a potential resource.
2- I love to read.
3- If nothing else...it's one less copy going to someone who may believe it.

That's why I've owned multiple copies of The Book of Mormon.

...Which I actually read while my first child was being born.
