I use Chrome in Ubuntu with no plugins or anything extra and I don't have it.

Just wanted to chime in that I've been having this problem for a while now as well. I usually use my phone's browser and it just wasn't there, I figured maybe it was a problem with the browser.

When I got on my computer, I noticed it was gone there, as well. I've cleared histories, caches, cookies, etc. and nothing has worked.

Ok, how about every time we scroll down to the bottom of the page looking for the Quick Links menu we bump this thread?

It was a drop-down menu down near the bottom-right of the page, right beside the Quick Reply section. It was dead useful, and I miss it .
