So i've been using Lion for a couple weeks now. For the most part, the upgrade really hasn't changed anything for me.
I don't use the full screen mode. I have a 24" iMac w/ a 21" LCD attached to it. I like having multiple things visible on myscreen at once. I like having my browser in one screen with twitter right next to it. And on the other screen my various chat services, email, itunes, etc. If you have a smaller screen, the full screen mode makes sense.
I also don't really care for the launch pad. It works well for iphone and ipad, but i think it is counter-intuitive for a notebook or desktop computer.
I don't want to see iOS completely replace OS X. The added gestures are nice to have. Mission control is pretty cool. But I don't want anything more than that from iOS on the notebook/desktop
